Benedict Collection

Saint Benedict is a critical character in the history of the Catholic Church. As a company, we commemorate him in particular because our artisan style leatherwork and Catholic identity reflect his spirituality, which can be
broadly simplified in the phrase “ora et labora”, which is Latin for pray and work.

At OréMoose we live this out every day. The contemplative work that we do is
conducive to prayer, and that entire collective mission of this company and the effort and energy that goes into it is, in a sense, a great act of prayer. Our prayer is our work, and our prayer to God is that the Word of God would be held in higher esteem in all houses in the world. That is our prayer, and that is our work.
