Shipping policy

How long will my order take to process?

Please allow 5-10 business days for your handcrafted order to be processed for shipping. We are a team of humans, working with human hands and human brains… and customizations take time. During the holidays and other busy seasons (Christmas and Easter), fulfillment may take longer than the standard 5-10 business days.

We are not perfect, but we make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible!

What about shipping?

We ship both domestically and to a number of international destinations. Shipping times depend on your location. If you live down the street (then you should really come pick up your order so you can meet the team), you’ll get it faster than if you live in Alaska. The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery. International shipping takes longer.

Return and Refund Policy

If your product is not customized, or custom-sized, and has not been damaged, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange it for a different product of the same price. Returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please check any custom dimensions carefully before placing your order. Returns and exchanges cannot be guaranteed in cases where we have received incorrect custom measurements.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so if a mistake is made, by you or by us, please contact us right away, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as customized products.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
