FAQs
Please allow 5-10 business days for your handcrafted order to be processed for shipping. We are a team of humans, working with human hands and human brains… and customizations take time.
We are not perfect, but we make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible!
Shipping is free on all U.S. orders over $125
We ship both domestically and to a number of international destinations. Shipping times depend on your location. If you live down the street (then you should really come pick up your order so you can meet the team), you’ll get it faster than if you live in Alaska. The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery. International shipping takes longer.
If your product is not customized, and has not been damaged, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange it for a different product of the same price. Returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Please check any custom dimensions carefully before placing your order. Returns and exchanges cannot be guaranteed in cases where we have received incorrect custom measurements.
We want you to be completely satisfied! Please contact us and let us know the situation. We will do our best to work out any discrepancies.
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay).
OréMoose Bible covers and other products are made by hand in Minnesota, United States.
We offer customization on all our products, but we don't recommend putting custom images on Raven or Job leathers, since the images are black-on-black.
